How low can you go on the 2\"narrowed BJ front suspension without dropped spindles?
We may not be able to run the spindles with our brake choice.

So what do I need to order for my new beam. I am thinking 3\" drop would be okay for a daily driver.

-I already need a set of narrowed tie rods. (I have 2 stock sets but they are bent and beat.)
-Shocks (short or stock length?)
-Shock mounting kit
-2 inch narrowed Ball-joint sway bar
-Ball joints (stock or lowered type)
-Trailing arm seals (stock or urethane?)
-Camber adjusters
-Bump steer kit
-Steering damper

The beam should lower the car aprox 4\" sometimes a little more/little less.

I already need a set of narrowed tie rods. (I have 2 stock sets but they are bent and beat.)
-Shocks (short or stock length?).......short, stock if you use droped spindles
-Shock mounting kit
-2 inch narrowed Ball-joint sway bar........yes and mounting kit
-Ball joints (stock or lowered type)either will work but the lowered ones are better for your aplication
-Trailing arm seals (stock or urethane?)..........stock
-Camber adjusters.............caster shims
-Bump steer kit......not really needed
-Steering damper ....yes

just wondering the difference in the front 3/4\"swaybars from bugpack VS the ones Airspeed sells?
Quality?
Besides the major $$
and why don't the Airspeed one come with the bushings and clamps?

Geoff?

Thanks Mark

well i can only answer one of those questions...
the clamps are sold seperatly because some people prefer to use the stock style clamp and bushings, so it's easier to sell them seperate..

Last time I heard Bugpack was having their copy bars made in China. Mine are made in the USA by one of the largest Sway bar builders in the business. The clamps are sold sep because as mentioned above some people like the old style clamps, I highly resomend the new style.

Ahhh.... Sounds like the same deal as Topline parts in the US selling C1P their Superbeetle parts until C1P gets them copied in China. But they still use the same ad that Topline has on their page.

Nuff said
Thanks Guys
