How do these install and how exactly do they work? Is the clutch/pressure plate still the same or does that need to be changed with the kit? I need to custom make a clutch cable for the new project, and thought this may be an option.

As I understand its a direct replacement for the clutch cable, maybe send Hoosier a PM he installed one in his squareback.

dont need to change the pressure plate, the only thing i think you need to do is fab a mount for the master cylinder at the front...
the slave is a bolt on i believe

I did it in the Square. Total bolt in kit, no fabbing, blead it once and forgot about it.
