Title: rear tires won't fit

Hello I am just wondering if  there is a way to fit 195/60R15 tires under my late bus. I have a set of porshe replica  wheels from CIP. I want to lower it with horse shoe plates and if I drop it 4.5 inches wagens west says it will narrow the track by a 1/2 inch in each side. I would like to lower it 3 inches or so. Will this narrow the track by even a 1/4 inch?. That's all I need to get them under there. Thanks for any help.
