Title: Air Ride Suspension question
Post by: 604peter on March 20, 2016, 12:00:28 PM
Hi Guys,
I'm still pretty new to this forum and VW's.  I've got a '66 So-Cal special that rides on Air Ride.  I know nothing about this.  I have a leak in the the middle of one of the braided hoses that comes out a compressor unit in the engine bay (about 14" long).  I think it controls the rear height:
Question 1:  Any ideas where I can get a replacement hose that's certified to handle compressed air?
Question 2: I'd like to get the system inspected for safety and quality.  Any shops in the Vancouver/ GVRD area that work with Air Ride and would do this sorta work?
Thank you for your help and ideas.
