1972 camper bus SOLD
« on: December 09, 2011, 06:48:32 PM »
Purchased from Jim Z, this thing is crap......

However I do want to recoup something so Im parting it out.

Solid doors, engine is 1700 but heads are loose and very bad compression, would not pass air care.

Non original front seats or interior, but seems to be in ok shape.

pop tent is the best thing about it with only a few small holes.

Tires are cracked and toast,  brakes seem to work ok, not sure about lights or electrical....

Let me know what you need.

you bought this bus knowing it needed some work you were up here for 4 to 5 hrs looking at it you looked it all over mark. you said it looked way better than the one you looked at  at bowen island. you were told before you even came up here that the engine did need some going over . another thing mark saying what you said on the victoria site .basically telling everybody not to deal with me. plus the other comment would be considered slander.  o well i wouldnt do that to any body.just remember mark .you wre not pushed into buying the bus in anyway. i will repeat this one more time.  you knew it needed work before  buying it . thats why you got it cheap for only 800.00.

Gentlemen,

Mountieuk buys a vehicle from JimZ, then decides afterward the vehicle wasn't worth what he paid. Caveat emptor - "let the buyer beware". You need to do your due diligence when buying a forty year old hippie-mobile.

This morning I remove six forum posts made by mountieuk on JimZ's ads, saying that the items JimZ are selling are junk. The items for sale are unrelated to the vehicle mountieuk bought.

AirSpeed is not theSamba. We don't have a buyer/seller feedback forum.
There is no place on AirSpeed forums for you to say you don't like someone else.

Smarten up, or risk having your user account removed.
