disc brake kit rrrrr
« on: May 04, 2010, 07:45:12 PM »
Well I just did a front brake conversion from drums.I bought the kit from CIP1 for a super beetle.Everthing was going great till I got to the hard line,I found out that you can't use the stock hard line for the kit(too short).I tried every way to sunday to try and stretch it out to reach the caliper but to no avail.I had to go buy two 8in. hard lines. Why don't they give you all the parts to make it work,it wasn't expensive to get it, just inconvenient.I just thought I'd get it off my chest.

They usually say "Kits do not include brake hoses" in the description and specify which ones to use.  ;D
