Anyone know where i can Get Flared Fenders like the ones on this car??

Hi Rene,
That car is owned by a guy named Wally, who lives in the Netherlands. The fenders he's using are (I believe) the Kerscher Tuning fenders. Flared fenders such as the ones you've posted are available from a variety of sources, including North American vendors. The best fitting fenders come from Kerscher, Remelle and CSP. Google the CSP ones though, I don't know them as well as the others. If you've got money to burn L.A. Performance in the UK makes carbon fibre versions that fit as well as the factory metal.
Locally, I'm pretty sure Rob at AVR Parts can source some of the above for you, but you'll need to call him to confirm.
The N.A. fenders aren't necessarily bad but the ones I've listed fit like german fenders. You basically bolt them on and paint the car, all of the N.A. units require some fiberglass experience as they are typically made in a mold made from another aftermarket fender...so the fit can be a challenge.
