WTB: Grant steering wheel hub adaptor and extension

I'm looking for a basic Grant steering wheel hub adapter kit to connect a 5 bolt grant steering wheel to a 1971 type 1 column.  I mainly need the splined sleeve.  Grant part# 3565
I'm also looking for a billet extension for a 5 bolt Grant steering wheel, either a 1" or a 2".
