1955 Kombi?
« on: March 06, 2004, 11:41:59 AM »
I'm posting this for Greg Lindquist.  His email is : quist@island.net

Here are some photos of van taken in 1997.
comes with 4 rims / original tires, the original glass, doors and lids,
steering box, front beam and transmission.
Everything else is stripped, no engine, no gas tank,
no steering wheel and bumpers are sold. Its dry storage,
the roof is good, some small dents at back of roof but not
the stretch or crease kind of dent. First $500 cash takes it!
Cheers Greg

It's rusty at the bottom, no semas on it.  It's 2.5 Hours north of Victoria.  Please email Great (email above) if you have questions!

Super deal, I'd snag it if I weren't so far away! Pics on the samba!

I've seen the bus in person a while back. Although it looks pretty good in the photos, it's super rusty. And I mean super rusty! The $500 asking price is about what it's worth.

The bottom half,  is very rusty.

I just posted what was sent to me.  But it's a parts bus (as the owner said to me).

And I don't think it's a 1955 (56 I think) because it should have semas.  But for 500, I would've grabbed it if I didn't have so much going on :)
