Nope. This is the one that was asking $3250.00. I remember because of the items that were removed but shown in the pictures. Table, etc. Also it sold in one day.

Almost the same color, Elm green opposed to Delta green, very close.
For $3250 I can see why it didn't last, aside from some cosmetics and a missing interior it appeared to have good bones.

Calgary baja bug project. Could be well priced considering everything that's included?

Anyone in the Kelowna area aware of this seller and what they are selling? I seem to see this ad every few years. Thanks.

Pretty sure this is a scam.  Just posted on Craigslist 6 hours ago.    I was immediately wary as it seems like a pretty good price for a bus in that good of condition and the old "I need to sell in a hurry because I have to move overseas in a week"............a little hard to believe.   Doing a reverse search on the photos brings up other sites with those photos and when you click on "contact" it brings up a phone number that seems like it's a California number.    I did not go any deeper.

Everyone has a value in their mind for their bus but this would be one of the pricier ones I've seen around here.    Hopefully I'm not trodding all over another members Craigslist post but this does seem rather high.  It says it's never been restored but I don't think those are original seats and it's weird to me that it has a 1600 cc upright engine.  I thought 1975 were all Type 4 engines but they do say it was imported from Germany so maybe in 1975 they still made them with the upright engine over there?   Dunno.

not having a full (factory) westy interior.... i'd say it's over priced, by about 10k , if it is as nice as advertised...

Nice bus if it's as solid as claimed, but I agree, that's pretty strong money.
It looks like a German delivered 9 seat stationwagon that was retrofit with a Helsinki interior by Westfalia, but that cabinet where the fridge should be isn't from a Westfalia as well as the drawers where the side jumpseat should be. They came standard with a 1600 in Europe, the type 4 was optional.

Aside from the missing gas/electric fridge and sink it's a really cool camper, that full width bed and full pop top are pretty much my idea of the perfect layout, sleeps up to 6 or lots of room for a small family.
I'd want to look underneath reaaaaalllyy closely, 99% of those ex Germany buses have some rather advanced cancer hiding in the rockers and floors, they weren't stingy with the salt over there either.

The black painted rockers is a big red rusty flag!

My buddy once met a local guy with a Vanagon he brought over from Germany.  Original with a 1600 DP engine.

Gotta wonder what shop came up with that?   Quite the bill.   It is a very pretty engine though.

Perhaps it was the ex husband, since he's the guy to ask about mechanical things. Could be why he's the ex?

Those are some rather large looking slabs of mud lifting off a few critical body parts on there, be careful.

Oh my.

Just go watch the video.  It actually made me sad.    I spend much of my time fixing rust on 1970s buses and there's not much I would not do to try and save one but this one actually did make me sad.   Hopefully someone can do something with it.  I bet it has an interesting history.

I just looked at it last night, VIN numbers match and fit (Nov 65) Engine has FO code for a '66 1300.
Dave is the contact, but it is his parents car. It's been in the family since it was new in 1966.

Pans are solid;

Heater channels are not;

He's asking $1000, better hurry before I change my mind..

75 Westfalia full width bed for sale on Kijiji. Does not appear to have the rear cushion or the side bolsters.  Ad says its for a 77 but the serial # says otherwise.  That is definitely not a 3/4 width. Oh and the orange plaid.

Selling 2002 Volkswagen Golf GTI MK4
« Reply #1255 on: August 03, 2016, 10:33:53 AM »
Here is my '02 Volkswagen Golf GTI, had it for a year now.
237,xxxkm
Lowered on race land coils: just bought a brand new set of race lands and put in front coilovers, have the back 2 brand new in box. Will throw those in for the right price.
Magnaflow catback exhaust
Stage 2 tune running 15psi
CDA Carbon air box cold air intake
Akuza Rims on A/S tires with at least 50% tread left.
Boost gauge
Black leather interior with aftermarket radio
Kicker 6' speakers
Smoked rear tail lights
Sway bar

Core racing Evo-7 black rims on Hankook winter tires. 60-70% tread left on those. Will throw those in for the right price.

Have had no problems with the car, minor scratches here and there, expected on a 2002.
Thanks for looking.
