Title: Bay Window Middle Seat?

My full length middle seat is in rough shape around the 3rd seat (i.e. seat part nearest the sliding door). Some of the springs are shot and the thin metal strip that runs around the top is also broken. Would the springs and the thin strip from a 2/3 middle seat work? Are the seat guts near the end the same for a 2/3 and full length middle seat?
