how wide of wheels ??

i am wanting to put porche fuchs on my 67 beetle, i will have the rotors drilled to be 5x130, my main question is how wide could i go on the rear? and what would be reasonable for the front?

7s will fit the rear.  5.5s will fit the front.  If you want to go with 6s up front, you will have to narrow the beam 1-2 inches.  Dropped spindles?  Take them into account.
