t3 brks on t1 for 205 60 15 , clearance?

I have a set of t3 rear brks that i would like to mount on my t1.

my 68 rear tires stick out about 1/2 to 1 cm.

I think my 68 has long axel and in preparation I am looking on whether I need to go to short axel or not.
