Wheel Spacers
« on: December 22, 2006, 05:09:15 PM »
i mounted a set of radars on Erin's car.they look great but have had a few issues the bolts they supply are too long,so i cut them to fit.
the wheel has been making a pulsing stop when slowing down.
as it turns out the radar hits the snought of the front drums before hitting the flat spot on where to bolt it to.
i checked cip and they sell spacers but are out of stock does anybody have a set of spacers they are not using that i can buy/borrow until i can get some?
they will be wide five spacers
thanks russ

actually if your running wide 5, so I dont think my spacers would be large enough, however I do have some acorn nuts here they are 12 x 1.5

Thanks Scooter! :)
If we can find spacers, we might give you a call for them.
If can not find spacers, I guess I am grounded until Weds :(

Sucks with my pretty new wheels and all,
P.S. they look FAST ;)

If it makes you happy, it can't be that bad.

You may try Tires and wheel business, I know Lordco (?) some times carry some of them.
