Where would one go to have The drums drill my to make them fit (4) X 108mm and what would that cost?

machine shop.

are those 14\" wheels? if so, you'll need a new set of tires too. and make sure you know the offset/backspacing so you can clear fenders/inners/balljoints/etc.

imho, there are way nicer 4 lug wheels out there that wouldnt require so much work.

but those are different, thats fo sho. B)
