Looking for info on 17" rims to run on early beetle am going to tub, trans raise, and narrow beam
All airbagged Is anyone running 17s on theirs ? any preferences or suggestions welcomed thanks

I have boxster 17" * 8.5 ET52 and 7" ET5 wheels on my 75 IRS. But it's far from stock :-)
We don't have the body and fenders on yet to check clearance but guessing about a 1.25 - 2" wider fender will be needed or flare. I'm leaning to the Flares for the over all look that I'm after.
The car has 2.5" drop spindles up front and 2" drop spring plates on the rear.
