Title: shrinking pic

When I post a pic, its says file too large. How do you shrink it down?

Photoshop.com offers a basic online photo editor. You can crop and resize your images, save them to your hard drive, then upload them.

If you open the pic with Microsoft Office Picture Manager, you can make it smaller with that.  Crop, scale, compress, resize.  All available.
