Can anybody explain procedure of removing metal frame from around
'67 bus pop outs?  Got the 3 pce kit for the windows and am lost at how the frames
come off. Don't want to pry on them yet... Any help appreciated.

There are 4 small 3mm screws under the rubber seal at the joints of the frame(2 at each join),they hold the whole frame together .Rip out the old outer seal and you will see them. They will probably need some WD 40 or something like that to get them out.Take your time and try not to lose them!Pry the two pieces apart carefully and get to rebuilding!Wolfsburg west has replacement screw kits if you need them...When you put them back together try using some baby powder smeared all over the rubber to help it slide together
