I wouldn't want to make Buchan look bad the first year I build a turbo. I'll let him have the spotlight for one year!

I only ran it on high grade by choice, never checked it on reg. I will head outside in the daylight and grab the engine code from it as well. I know the oil pressure is good, I have a mechanical gauge installed in the engine bay and it was always reading good.

There's no stamping of an engine code under the gen. stand. I guess cause it's a type 3 case, and I don't know where to find that code.

Rusty, I don't know what a verbal AE is, but I do know this would work well in an offroad vehicle.

The code would be under the fan shroud I guess.......doesn't really matter, but I'd like to know, is it a single or dual releif case?

Passenger side on the sump there should be a embossed code there.

It is a single relief case, and I will look for that code in the daylight.

I agree theres alot of 1776 running around in sandrails .  If your you've got a 1600 you would really notice a differance going to a 1776

if its a type three case it should be to the left of the gen stand, running parallel to the case split...
