Gcvws Uploads To Photo Gallery Are Now Enabled

Users are now able to upload their photos to the 2005 GCVWS Photo Gallery category. All photos have to be "Admin-approved", so there may be a delay of a day or two before they show up in the gallery. This has been specially enabled in the 2005 GCVWS Photo Gallery category only. Any questions, let us know.
