Help with assembly?

Hey guys, I just picked up a 67 square back in a state of partial assembly after having the engine worked on. I was told it is "all there", but I am new to make cooled engines and don't know how to put it back together.

Anyone know a good and frugal place to bring it? Better yet, anyone want to help me put it back together?

well hopefully its put together and driving,that post is from 8 years ago. blue beetle you bought something from me a fews years back. im mid island cheers
