Beam narrowing - Brad Purser where are you??
« on: June 13, 2008, 05:54:51 AM »
Hey gang I'm looking for a narowed BJ Beam for my 66 and spoke with Brad at last years GCVWS but have misplaced his phone number.
Any body have his contact info or if he's on here his anyone know what his "handle" is, so I can get in touch with him?

Alternatively, anyone have a complete beam out there? I'm not looking to do any body mods and I do want to run shocks, just want to install my CB wide 5 disc kit I got recently and I understand they will kick out the wheels a inch and a half or so. Basically I think a 2 inch narrow would work. How narrow can I go without mods and still run shocks?  ???

Any comments always appreciated.

Thanks
Todd

You could always just run the CB narrowed beam.

check with Dirtydeeds he had one made up and for sale.  I think it was a 2" narrowed beam.  It was under the classifieds.

I don't think a China made?? CB beam even comes close to comparing to a beam built by Brad...he'll likely be around this weekend..
